Why AI-KaSa was created

Writing applications in 2026 is (in our opinion) not very easy: When one sees job-advertisements, e.g. on LinkedIn, one can see that there are often hundreds of applicants for a single position. In such cases, it is very likely that the first round of selection is done by an ATS-system (Applicant Tracking System) which automatically filters out applications that do not contain certain keywords.

In order to stand out from the crowd, it is therefore important to tailor the application documents (CV and Cover Letter) to the specific job description at hand. Doing this manually is a time-consuming and tedious task.

To this end, AI-KaSa uses artificial intelligence to help you tailor your application documents to a specific job description. You simply fill out a general "master-CV" in which you can write in plain english everything noteworthy that you ever did (projects, prior jobs, courses). The tool then generates a customized CV that is tailored to match relevant keywords for a given job-description.

AI-KaSa is free to use and designed to support your job search. However, avoid generating and sending application documents “blindly”; always review and refine them first.
